Aryan’s “Guargum powder” is extracted from purely organic Guar seeds and is grounded transforming it into Guar Gum Powder. Our Guar gum powder has reasonably more thickening property as compared to corn starch. It has shown great potential in lowering blood Glucose levels and reducing body weight. It is used as a thickening agent in foods and medicines for humans and animals. It can be used in Nutraceuticals, Noodles, Ice Cream and other food industries.

Aryan’s “Organic Guargum starch” is extracted from legumes called guar beans. Aryan’s Guar gum starch  is generally low in calories and mainly composed of soluble fibre. Its protein content may range from 5–6%. Aryan’s Organic guar gum starch has no taste or flavour so it is excellent for all types of bakery products-sweet and sour breads, muffins, cookies, pastries, pasta etc. It could be added up to 30% in gluten free bakery product formulations. It can also replace eggs in breads, muffins and cakes as a texturiser. 10 grams of potato starch with 45 grams of water replaces one egg.
